BILL HOBBS - SOFTBALL PITCHING INSTRUCTOR:
Bill is considered the central coasts premier pitching
instructor. He has help numerous players reach there goal of playing for a D-1 college. He has been playing and coaching for nearly
40 years. He played men’s fastpitch for the ISC and was one of the top pitchers into his 50's. He also coached high
school softball and his teams always went to the playoffs and came in second one year. Bill's expertise is teaching a player
how to correctly spin the ball and he is one of the best at it.

ANI
NYHUS - SOFTBALL PITCHING INSTRUCTOR:
Ani comes to the Central Coast from Prince George, Canada. Ani pitched in the Pac – 10 Conference for the University of Oregon from 2004 – 2005.
At Oregon, Ani was a First Team All Pac – 10 Honoree,
Third Team Easton All – American, NCAA Regional All Tournament Team and a Two Time Pac – 10 Player of the Week.
She Became the school’s all time single season strikeout leader because of her dominating rise ball. In 2004 Ani pitched
for Team Canada in the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, Greece.
Ani is the current pitching coach for the
Cal Poly Mustangs Women’s Softball Team.

CLAIRE
SUA - SOFTBALL HITTING INSTRUCTOR:
Claire played
4 years for the UCLA Bruins Women’s Softball Team. She is a 2 Time First Team All American, 1st Team All Pacific
Region, 1st Team All Pac-10 for hitting. Her Bruin team won 2 College World Series and she was name to the All Tournament
Team both times. She played in every game for UCLA during her 4 years there.
In High School
she was the Gatorade Player of the year, 4 Time State Player of the Year, 6 Time 1st Team All County, 1st Team ASA All American.
Claire is
currently an Assistant Coach for Cal Poly Women’s Softball team. She is the hitting coach and first base coach for the
team.

DEREK STROUD - BASEBALL PITCHING AND HITTING INSTRUCTOR:
Derek played
2 years JC College Baseball for COS was he was team MVP and 1st Team All Conference for pitching. He transferred to Fresno State on full scholarship and played
two years there. He was then drafted by the Chicago Cubs and pitched in their organization for 5 years and was traded to the
California Angels for 2 more years. Derek then started as a pitching coach D-1 college and the professional independent
league for the next 5 years.
Derek is currently
the Head Varsity Baseball Coach for Paso Robles High School where many of his players
have been drafted by Major League Teams or received college scholarships for baseball.
